Zoom Phone Not Enabled Error

Description
When hitting the /phone/devices (GET) endpoint, I receive a message that Zoom Phone is not enabled, when it is.

Error
{“code”:2031,“message”:“Zoom Phone has not been enabled for this account.”}.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
OAuth

Which Endpoint/s?
/phone/devices (GET)

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Retrieve Bearer Token
  2. GET on the endpoint

Screenshots (If applicable)
I’m told “can’t embed media in a post” - but I have a screenshot showing a Zoom Phone license on our account.

Additional context
I located this article, which is the exact same situation as my own. The original poster is using JWT, which is the only difference. Getting "Zoom Phone has not been enabled for this account." on API call
