Zoom Phone -->Salesforce Integration Call Field Mapping

Hello,

We have the Zoom Phone integration with Salesforce, and are creating tasks/activities for each phone call. This includes fields like: Call Type, Duration, Status, Zoom Call ID…

However, we need a ‘Call URL’ to be synced into Salesforce so that we can utilize AI call insights. We have a custom ‘Call URL’ field created, but I am not sure how to program the mapping from Zoom Phone to the Call URL field.

This has been answered thanks to a support call.

We are apparently utilizing a dated integration, which will need to be replaced and the data migrated. The new integration includes the details I need.
