We have successfully installed and are using the ZoomPhone integration plugin tool for salesforce, but are working in the background to customize it somewhat for our needs. To do this we need to understand how the telephone number search works a bit more. What fields is the integration plugin searching ? Is it searching all the phone fields? Can anyone shed some light on how this search works?
Thank you Yasir. @yasirgaming5588 we use this integration, but the question is when the integration is running a “look up” what fields is it checking? All phone fields? Only primary phone field? If you have any further information we would be grateful.
