I’m looking for some help with the format of the Zoom Phone templates. Specifically I’m trying to build a template to change the active call/talking SoftKeys on a YeaLink T54W. I have the template from Yealink which reflects the correct SoftKey location but what form does this go into a ZoomPh template?
