For [phone.callee_ended] and [phone.caller_ended] events, I was testing the event trigger and noticed even though the call went to voicemail, the handup_result field shows “Call Connected” instead of “Voicemail”.
The documentation says the handup_result field should display either “Call Connected”, “Call Canceled”, and “Voicemail”.
Any idea how the Voicemail handup_result value works?

Thank you for replying to this thread. I only got the result of either “Call Connected” or “Call Cancelled” on my tests but never got the “Voicemail” result even when a voicemail has been performed.
