Description
I am working on an integration between a Zoom contact center and an internal ticketing system using webhooks. I need to be notified when a user has been sent to voicemail and records a description of their reason for calling. However, the phone.voicemail_received event only works for voicemails left for individual users. How can I receive a webhook when a user leaves a voicemail with the contact center?
