We are using the Salesforce/Zoom integration and historically we have only been able to see who has attended a webinar, we can’t see who has viewed a recording of a webinar. Both are equally important to us. Has this feature been added yet?

Thanks for reaching out about this, and good question. At this time, I don’t believe that viewing webinar recording views is possible from within the Zoom for Salesforce integration, though it’s a great suggestion. For now, you would need to login to zoom.us to get this information.
Having said that, I’m sure you’re not the only one who would love to see this functionality—if you’re so inclined, I might encourage you to submit a feature request for this here as well: #feature-requests
