How to get dev sandbox that allows to enable Okta SSO

I try to build a conversational chat bot that will connect with multiple cloud and on-prem applications and want to test approvals based on the users and their attributes from Okta. Seems the only solution is to buy at least 10 licenses. Is there any other option for developers to test with Okta?

Currently we do not have a sandbox account. Feel free to email isv@zoom.us and request some free trial accounts for development. :slight_smile:
