We are using Meeting SDK version 2.14.0 in production site. Today, while doing a test, suddenly the SDK is throwing an error “The current version of sdk is no longer supported please update to the latest version”. Need immediate help for the resolution. We cannot upgrade to latest version soon as it has lot of issues which cause existing functionalities break.
The same issue occurred with Meeting SDK (Web) 2.15.2.
I’m also having trouble updating this right away.
We upgraded the version to 2.18.2 and working fine. The version had minimal changes from previous version we used (2.14.0). You can also try the same.
Thank you for your comment. I’m glad that your problem was solved. I also tried 2.18.2, but some of the screen design was broken, so I’ll think about how to deal with it a bit more.
Zoom enforces a minimum version for the SDK. It’s currently at 2.17.0
Yes. We already upgraded to 2.18.2.
