Issues with Zoom SDK Initialization and Polling Feature in Sample App on Latest Version (6.0.12)
We are experiencing two critical issues with the latest version of the Zoom SDK (6.0.12):
- SDK Initialization Error in Sample App:
- Error Message: "Failed to initialize Zoom SDK. Error: “1”, internalErrorCode=“0”
- Details: The sample app fails to initialize using our JWT token, whereas our application successfully initializes with the same token.
- Polling Feature Crash on Mobile Tablets:
- Issue: Our application crashes when accessing polls on mobile tablets.
- Cause: The crash appears to be due to theme incompatibility issues within the polling feature of the SDK.
We need your support to resolve these issues promptly. Specifically, we seek:
- An investigation into the initialization error in the sample app.
