Zoom SMS Call Queue - Limitation

Hello,

Our team is currently trying to capture call queue sms data from Zoom API.
This question has been referenced on this forum before but unfortunately did not receive a response or explanation.

Any SMS exchange from external number to call queue (which is eventually handled by an internal account) is not provided through Zoom API.

Can you please clarify if this is the limitation of the API?
