Call queue recordings

Hi everyone!

New here in Zoom. We are trying to get all the recordings of our test call queue. Do you have any idea? We can’t see any request function for that in API. Thanks in advance!

You are trying to get recordings for Zoom Phone based on phone number right?

Have you seen the Get Users Phone Recordings endpoint?

Yes. You’re right. We have also seen that endpoint. But we need to get the recordings from the call queue.
I have attached a screenshot.

As of now we do not have a GET Call Queue Recordings endpoint.

Hi @michael_p.zoom and @tommy ,

That is exciting news about those new phone APIs (we have been waiting for these)!

The link https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/phone-call-queues/getcallqueuerecordings does not seem to be working. Are you able to double check or refer me elsewhere.

@AussieDave @tommy The release of Call Queue recording API was delayed to June 14. You will be able to view the related reference doc on Monday, June 15 if the release goes as planned.
