Testing Zoom App with multiple users

Hello,

How can I test my Zoom App during an actual meeting with multiple users?
I’ve created an app using one account and successfully installed it in Zoom.

I’ve tried to invite other users during the meeting using “Invite Users to use App” button, but it results in “This app has been disabled” on the other end.

I’ve also tried “Preview URL”, “Testable URL” and “Publishable URL” to install the app for other users, but it either sais “Apllication not found” or “Cannot authorize”.

Is there any way to test it on multiple users?

Hey @bartosz, these users will need to be on your account in order to get their authorization for the private/beta application. If you would like the app to be installed by users outside of your account you will need to request via the steps here:

Hi @michael.zoom - this page is deprecated. Is this still the process for adding users to test the app before getting it approved?
