Zoom video call black screen

I added zoom video sdk to my mobile app … I have two user doctor and patient … when patient on lock screen mode and receive notification for incoming call from doctor and join session there is a black screen instead of normal video stream … how can I resolve this issue?

Somites, not every time I can see the same issue. iOS React Native 1.13.10 iPhone 13 ProMax 18.0.

Might be the same bug as No Video Output ZoomVideoSDK - please try out 2.1.5, which has been released.
