Hi,
We are currently using the ZoomVideoSDK (version: 1.13.3) for IOS. Intermittently, the video doesn’t appear, even when there is that IOS green dot at the top right of the screen. This was never an issue with version: 1.12.5. We are unable to consistently reproduce the issue as video works as expected sometimes but every now and then it doesn’t. I have attached the link to the debug log when we actually had this issue.
This issue is seen multiple times especially on fresh installs
Please let us know how this issue can be resolved quickly. Thanks for your help
@ekaansh.zoom : Do you have any update on this? If we are forced to upgrade to latest SDK on Feb. 1st, 2025 and if this issue is not resolved, it would affect our users.
We’re working on it, sorry I don’t have an update just yet. I’ve flagged how important this issue is and the team is working on it. I’ll share an update soon.
Hey folks, we’re working on a few fixes as part of our next release. This should be out in about ~2 weeks and should patch video rendering issues.
In the meantime, can you confirm if you’re still facing this problem on the latest version v2.1.0?
We are facing this video rendering issue more frequently on the latest version v2.1.0. It mostly occurs when updating the application from the App Store but can happen at any time…
