I added zoom video sdk to my mobile app … I have two user doctor and patient … when patient on lock screen mode and receive notification for incoming call from doctor and join session there is a black screen instead of normal video stream … how can I resolve this issue? looking forward to your answ…

Might be the same bug as No Video Output ZoomVideoSDK - please try out 2.1.5, which has been released.
