Zoom Web SDK 1.9.6 CPU usage and memory issues

We are facing many issues (CPU usage and memory issues) in the Zoom web SDK 1.9.6 which have become a blocker for us. We want to switch from Zoom Web SDK 1.9.6 to Zoom Web SDK 1.8.6.
Can you tell us how long have you been supporting Zoom Web SDK 1.8.6?

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. If you’re seeing performance issues specifically with the latest version, we should investigate that accordingly.

I say this because the changes since version 1.8.6 have been significant and while you may see performance improvements now ultimately it will be the most beneficial to make sure that you are on the latest version and that it works well for your team.

With that being said, are you able to provide some statistics in regard to the memory consumption you see on 1.8.6 versus 1.9.6 as well as the device that you’re testing on?
