Zoom webhook stopped work, logs shown status -7

Hi,

My webhook app had been running almost a year, but stopped working one day ago. I checked Webhook logs and saw Status -7 for all the sending events. What’s this error code mean and how to fix it?
By the way, I deactivated and activated again, but it still shown the same error status.

Hi @zoomadminthpoc ,

This happens when Zoom is not able to communicate with your endpoint. I would recommend checking your endpoint if it is able to receive requests.

We also have an alternative for webhooks at the moment, its in a beta at the moment.
