Zoom webinar end webhook event notification validation error

I am trying to integrate zoom webhook for webinar end.I have created and activated JWT app for that but when I’m trying to add event notification endpoint url using ngrok It shows URL validation failed error.I have also tried alternative of ngrok and used localtunnel but does not work for me.

I am adding below url in event notification endpoint

1)using ngrok :-
https://3616-2402-3a80-16a1-48bf-aa21-8830-e42c-c781.in.ngrok.io/v1/webinar/end

2)using localtunnel:-
https://silent-ideas-draw-1-38-164-30.loca.lt/v1/webinar/end
