ZoomPhone Call Recording fetch not working

Hi @Sam13 , the scopes are essential, but you also need to ensure that the permissions boxes are also checked off in the web portal for the user role type (e.g. Admin) that you are assigned. The guidance for this is in the link from my last response.

These scopes are appropriate for viewing your own recordings. Are these scopes applied to a published app that you have users install? If yes, then these scopes are appropriate in that instance ass well.

Can you please confirm these two points?

Hey @gianni.zoom , yes the scopes are applied to a published app that users have installed.

It appears we’re having similar issues with @phonebridge-integ

Hi @gianni.zoom In addition to this, I can also confirm that when I make a request to
https://api.zoom.us/v2/phone/call_logs/{call_id}/recordings
I’m getting the recording details including the download_url. But trying to download the recording using the returned url is throwing 404 error.

Hey @gianni.zoom
Can we get a response on this issue?

@gianni.zoom @elisa.zoom

We kindly request that this ticket be treated with high priority. The issue was initially reported in March, and we have yet to reach a solution or identify the root cause.

If a remote session is required, please let us know. We will coordinate with our customer and arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Hi @Sam13 thanks for clarifying the details from my last question. Since this is a published app, don’t worry about the permissions in the portal. This is odd and please escalate to a support ticket where they can view your specific account configurations and see why you’re running into issues getting your application users recording downloads.

@phonebridge-integ as you are a published app as well, please open a formal support ticket to receive SLA support on this issue.

Include the following:

  • client id
  • zm-tracking-id for most recent API call response
  • request response output
  • link to published applications
