Zooom Basic Users Limit

Hello there,

We are currently on a Pro License and noted the 9,999 Basic Users Limit. If we run into the limit in the future, can the limit be increased or is it a hard limit? We are okay to pay for the increase (saw another post from 2020) but just want to plan ahead if we need to create a new Pro License account and separate the Basic Users. Thanks.

@allen , the limit is set in place to avoid abuse of our platform. Once you reach the limit and you have a genuine use case, please reach out to us, so that we can take decisions accordingly.
