We’ve been collecting engagement data from the ZVA api. We’d like to know which bot flows customers encountered during the engagement. It doesn’t look like we’re able to collect that info from the engagement or query details endpoints. Am I missing something or is bot flow information not accessible with the ZVA API? If it’s not accessible, would you be able to add an endpoint for it?
