I’m using Server-to-Server OAuth (account credentials) with what appears to be the correct Zoom scopes for Virtual Agent and Contact Center reporting. I can successfully retrieve Main division VA data and Contact Center engagement data, but I cannot retrieve data from second division VA engagements from GET /v2/virtual_agent/report/engagements.
My auth scopes and account are all set properly. Do you have any feedback or advice for me?
