Description
The video sent from host freezes when Zoom is changing capture resolution to 720p on Windows, Chrome browsers versions 95 or higher. If change capture resolution to 1280 720
log appears in browser, the video freezes automatically.
We’ve try to resolve this issue by setting {hd: false}
on stream.startVideo(), but this didn’t help. It seems like also hd:false
flag doesn’t have any impact on sending 720p video. We can see that even if we set hd:false
, Zoom is changing capture to 720p.
Why hd:false
doesn’t have any impact on sending 720p video?
Why do we have problems with video freeze when change capture resolution
log appears.
Which Windows Video SDK version?
Web Video SDK 1.2.0.
