Is it possible for Zoom admin from an organisation to customise the icon and short name of an app if they are not the developer of the app? For example our organisation would like to use the Now Virtual Agent app in Zoom, but we can’t see an option to meet our branding requirements by changing the icon and short name to reflect the same as what we have in ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams.
