About adding URLs to the "Oauth Allow List"

We have published a web app using the Zoom Meeting SDK on the Zoom Marketplace.
I would like to add a URL to our app’s “Oauth Allow List”.
If I add a URL to the list, do I need to re-examine it? Also, will it be reflected immediately?

Adding a URL should be approved within the SLA 48hrs.
