About OAuth app Domain validation

You’re creating an OAuth-type app. In the last step, we are performing Domain Validation. We have installed NGINX on AWS EC2 and created a zoomverify/verifyzoom.html file following the instructions.

When I go to {BaseUrl]/zoomverify/verifyzoom.html, I see the verification code I provided, but I don’t know why the domain validation is failing. It asks for manual domain validation.
