Access Cloud Recordings after host changes acct to Basic

One of our clients set their host account(s) back to Basic.

Is there any way to access their cloud recordings if they re-instate their previous webinar account level?

Happy to help! If your clients re-instated their previous webinar account level, it is my understanding you should be able to access the Cloud recording in the same fashion. Are you seeing it differently? If so, please share the result of your testing and also provide more details regarding what you have tried to resolve this matter.
