Accounts API doesn't work with Pro Account?

I am trying to use the accounts API with a JWT token.

I have a Pro account.

But, when I hit the API I get the following response:

“code”: 124,
“message”: “Invalid access token.”
}

But the same JWT token works for all other APIs.

Does it mean that I cannot access the accounts API in a Pro account, or am I missing something?

Hey @nitish,

Correct. Only master accounts can create and have sub accounts. Zoom only assigns this privilege to trusted partners.

I have another question on the same topic:
If I upgrade my account from Pro to Business or higher will I be able to use the Account’s API straight away or does the process remain the same for upgraded accounts as well through the application form that you have shared?
