Active mute becomes passive mute as participant moves from sub-session to main session

Please help verify. I observed that when a participant mutes himself, and then returns to the main session (or the host closes all the subsessions making all users return to the main session) then the participant appears to be muted by the host. In my case I have a message notification like ‘Host muted you’ when passive mute occurs and this message always shows when user moves between main and subsession while user is muted.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join meeting as host and participant
  2. Create and open subsessions
  3. Move participant to subsession
  4. In subsession, mute the participant
  5. Return participant to main session
  6. See error ( participant is muted, but passively)
