With the new multi spotlight feature we appear to be missing a call to simply replace all spotlit users with a single new user. I believe this feature is in the vanilla client

Just to prod for a response on this - the lack of replaceSpotlight (and replacePin) is causing problems for our users - especially coupled with the fact that on macOS it seems to be impossible to call spotlight events more often than around once every 0.8 seconds - calling more quickly causes very unreliable results (all of which have a happy success message returned which is unhelpful!)
This means that at the moment to replicate “replace spotlight” takes about 1 second to achieve which is not nice.

Agreed, @richard1. It’s frustrating that calling spotlight events require a significant delay. In my usage, I have actively moved away from spotlighting because of the 7-second delay to spotlight 9 users.
Please update us on how we can achieve this functionality without delaying calls.
