I like to build macro pads for the various applications I use. I have them for Slack and Discord, and have just started planning my now for zoom. But when I’ve looked there is no way to use the reactions (except hand raising) with keyboard shortcuts. I use Zoom for all my lectures as well as many meetings, and having the ability to do everything via a macro pad while in calls would be amazing.

I would like the ability to trigger reactions with keyboard shortcuts.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
There isn’t really a good alternative other than to not use the reactions, but sometimes you just need to use the heart or the thumbs up reaction.
