Hello,

I had an interesting idea to enhance the Zoom user experience. I love the ability to add custom background images! I also noticed reactions: the thumbs up and clapping reaction.

I love the use of emojis with reactions, and I was wondering if I could request a feature where you can add your own custom emoji or text reactions.
I just realized this feature is available in the chat section, it’d be super cool to add it for the zoom conference!

I am part of a events company and we just got off a call where we were talking about how this would be amazing to have. We are looking for other options to use like a slack channel or use while in the zoom call.

Great feature on Slack that our team used extensively before our org banned the app. Zoom has been a great replacement for us and custom reactions would be welcome.

I was on a Zoom meeting today. One guy had additional reactions above the Hand and Clap reaction.

Hi Tommy, same question for me. My meeting had a coffee cup, haha can’t remember the others… guess I will go get my coffee now… :crazy_face::coffee:

Zoom Reactions
Here is a snip of the reactions from a meeting I was in.
The presenter has no clue how they got added. A coffee cup is one of them.
If the 3 dots are clicked on it show maybe a handful more or less.

What is the difference between non-verbal feedback (Raise hand, yes, no, go slower, coffee cup etc) and reactions?

Your looking for the “non-verbal feedback” option. Enable it. It will be at the bottom of the “Participants” window.
