Adding a SIP device

Using this template helps us debug your issues more effectively

Description
I was sent here by Zoom support. We are migrating from RingCentral to Zoom and I am trying to setup a simple SIP device. It is an intercom with a doorbell. Pressing the doorbell rings an extension and people can answer and press a button on their phone to open the front door. The problem I’m having is no one can tell me the SIP configuration that I need for the SIP device to communicate with Zoom:

SIP Domain
Authentication ID
Password
SIP Proxy
Proxy Port

Hey @jseverinsen,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. I’m not aware of these details immediately but I should be able track them down. As an initial point to look, have you checked our section on SIP.H.323 for details on how to connect?

Further, are you using this with a Zoom Room or a Zoom Meeting?
