Adding A Webinar Plan - Payment Challenges

Dear Team,

This quite urgent and we are in a tight situation.

We have been attempting to make payment (since yesterday, July 10, 2020) for Zoom Video Webinar Add-on Service in preparation for an event scheduled to be conveyed online on Tuesday July 14, 2020 and a practice section scheduled for Monday July 13, 2020 on your video webinar platform. Interested participants have been registering for this event via our website.

The payment was not successful and the error message received when we used a credit card was:

“We are unable to process this request due to an issue with the credit card, please contact your bank or try a different payment method.”

The error message received when we used PayPal was:

“Payment is declined because the account has insufficient funds, please choose an alternative payment method in your PayPal wallet.”

The error message received when we decided to use the credit card linked with the PayPal wallet was:

“We are unable to process this request due to an issue with the credit card, please contact your bank or try a different payment method.”

Please note that the error messages above were the same when I attempted paying for the sum of $1400.00 and $140.00 respectively.

We wish to state that we have sufficient amount (in the two bank accounts linked with each credit card) to perform this important transaction and we wouldn’t know what the issue is.

Please, its quite urgent as mentioned earlier. We will appreciate if Zoom (Webinar) developers can assist to resolving the issue possibly today.
