I am trying to create a OAuth App to get all recordings and pull user details. I tested with an app couple of months ago and I was able to add scopes user:write:admin and recording:write:admin. When I try to create a new app, I do not have that options anymore. I am the owner of the app. Add scopes has much more sub category and donot have these admin scopes anymore.
