Don't have permission to install an OAuth app

I’m trying to install an OAuth app, but it says I have no permissions to do that despite I’m an Admin:

Hi @meetingrecording,

This app appears to be requesting scopes for managing sub accounts, which I believe requires you to be an Account Owner.

You will need to request the account owner to install this app.
