Agent Availability Indicator on Website/ ZVA

The client has requested an enhancement to the ZVA (Zoom Virtual Agent) user interface to introduce an indicator that displays when agents are available to take on chats. This could either be the name of the agent(s) or a visual indicator showing their availability against the Chat Queue so consumer can know that there are available agents who can assist them if the bot fails to answer their question. Please find attached a screenshot illustrating the client’s reference for this functionality. We would like to know if it is possible to implement this feature within ZVA UI, as well as if there are any available API endpoints to display agent availability in real-time.

I just reviewed our Docs and I don’t believe we have an endpoint that will allow you to query the agent availability Virtual Agent APIs
