Using Zoom API for Live Support Agent

Hi,

We want to develop Zoom Live Agent Button on our service desk application or internal web portal.

User should be able to reach to an available agent over Zoom (Video/Audio/IM) when he/she clicks on the mentioned Zoom Live Agent button.

Please suggest

Hi Anees,

Zoom SDK doesn’t have IM function on it, So you need to implement the behavior on how to check availability for your agent.

Other than the IM function, can we achieve the requirements using Zoom SDK? Please share if any documentation available on it
