I would like to use the Zoom API to set a user who can get schedule for privileges on another user account.

Using the Web interface to set the access.
Additional context
We are trying to automate a process through Service-Now that will allow a user/manager to request access to another users account. The workflow would then ask the person who owns that account to Approve/Deny the request. If approved, the process would then SET the schedule for privileges by appending the user to the list of approved users.
