We use alternative hosts to help with meeting/webinar management. However, the alternative hosts are unable to see the meetings/webinars in their dashboard. So if the creator host needs a change made quickly but does not have access to their computer, the alternative host is unable to make the change. This is extremely frustrating. As per NIST compliance, we are not allowed to share passwords. Also, if the host is unable to make a meeting, the alternative host can’t make changes or cancel the meeting. Programs like Adobe Connect, allow multiple “hosts” to edit events because the events show in the overall dashboard. We would love to see this feature added to Zoom Meetings and Webinars.
