We currently use reports to gather statistics for our workshops and to ensure give students meet requirements for specific trainings. It’s very difficult to gather reports from guest speakers who use their own Zoom accounts because they often don’t know how to capture the report we need or don’t return the report in a timely manner.
It would be ideal if someone who was assigned as an alternative host prior to the start of a meeting was given the ability to view reports for that meeting.
Though the alternative of assigning someone to be a privileged scheduler exists, this is not a practical solution to our problem.
