There is currently no end point to update the Members-Users-Receive_call field for a Call_Queue. I would like to request that this be added to the API. I am interested in being able to update individual Members-Users-Receive_call values using the API. I have been able to successfully get the details of my call queue, but it looks like the one thing I want to update is not available currently in the API. The ability to update the members and all their information would be great.

I am in the same boat. I either need to be able to problematically set their ‘receive_call’ value and/or add receive call indication to queue related web hooks. we have folks dynamically enter and leave queues throughout the day and my status app can’t tell if they are in or out if they are ‘in’ but aren’t receiving calls. Is ‘receive_calls’ meant to be the way a person would be assigned to a queue but not currently logged in? if so, how would you programmatically change this state?
