I want to see if there is a way to update receive call status for call queues, I know that feature request has been put in but that was about a year and a half ago. I want to know if it is implemented yet if not are there plans to implement it. If not are there any work arounds.
Replying here because I would love to have this for a call queue. I see from dev tools that when you toggle a user it hits undocumented API’s using JWT, I can take this token and use it with code, but it expires. The permissions in the token also don’t seem to exist. This is the endpoint it hits.
