Subject: Account owner/admin locked out of own app — "No access" + "Pending Transfer" blocking edits (need this cleared)

Hi Zoom Marketplace team,

I need help clearing an incorrect “Pending Transfer” state that’s blocking me from managing an app I created and still own.

App details:

  • App name: lendela-zoom-call-log-automater
  • App type: Server-to-Server OAuth (Account-level)
  • Status: Activated / Live on account, updated Oct 23, 2025
  • My account: anoop@lendela.com

The inconsistency:

  • Under Personal app management > Created apps, I am listed as the creator.
  • Under Admin app management > Apps on account > Users & groups, I am listed with Permission Type “Admin,” added by myself, on two separate entries (Apr 2024 and Apr 2025).
  • Despite this, the app itself shows “No access” and “Pending Transfer” on the Created apps page, and I cannot edit scopes or event subscriptions.

There is no other owner or admin on this account who should hold this app — I created it and I’m the only admin associated with it. This looks like a stuck/incorrect transfer state on Zoom’s side rather than an actual access dispute.

What I need:
Please clear the “Pending Transfer” flag and restore full edit access on this app so I can add new event subscriptions (webhook events) and update scopes.

I can provide the App Client ID, account ID, or verify identity however needed — happy to hop on a call if that’s faster.

Thanks,
Anoop Francis
