App not posting to FIPS enabled endpoint

Description
We have an OAuth App which posts events to endpoint in our infra. This endpoint is FIPS compliant. We noticed that we are not receiving events. Are there any known issues regarding posting data to FIPS endpoint from zoom? Or is there any setting that we need to enable?

[EDIT] - App is created on zoom commercial marketplace.
