App Rejected Confusion

Description
Our app got rejected and the reviewer stated I was missing some documentation url and stating I had Ngrok on my whitelist and wanted me to verify,

Before I resubmitted my app, I took ngrok off of whitelist and also added the documentation url, so I am confused if they are looking at my app or someone elses, please help

When I look at my app, it still is in a submitted app so I am not sure how to ask the reviewer when to look at any of my changes.

I got another rejection and they keep saying that I do not have a documentation URL, but I do have that URL on the submission form. Before I resubmit the app, can someone give me some insight of why they keep flagging the documentation URL. I have all the required information,
step-by-step Installation Instructions, step-by-step usage instructions and step-by-step uninstalling instructions. The app name is called Member Integrity System. Thanks for your guidance in advance.

Hey @jerry,

Have you set the documentation url on the “Information” page?

Thanks,
Tommy

Yes, that is the whole confusion here. I had the documentation url set here on my last two submissions and then a zoom support specialist will email me a couple days later and say that this Documentation URL is required, so I am lost at to what is flagging this. This url has the required information, prerequisites, installations, how to use integration, uninstall, etc. so Im just stumped on what is going on.

Hey @jerry,

It seems you have included the correct URLs this time and URLs meet our requirements, although please know that there is a branding issue on your Support page that will result in a rejection unless you fix the issue before we review.

You need to capitalize “Zoom” in your support page:

“view the zoom Zoom integration documentation or”

Thanks,
Tommy
