We are trying to submit an app and have received feed back from you, both by email on online that says “contact developersupport@zoom.us” however when sending to that email it bounces and said its not longer monitored?
As per your feedback we agree user level app would better fit our requirements. However it seems there is no way to change our app to user level?
It was already much more painful to submit your documents / forms than it was for equivalent integrations with Google Meets and MS TEAMS. We do not want to have to start again with all that overhead. Is there anything you can help with to flip the switch on our app to user level?
