Need help with submitting app to Zoom Marketplace

Hello Support,

I had earlier submitted app to be published on zoom marketplace.

Our app got rejected as there was some formalities, test plan which we need to update. When I try to edit the app by withdrawing app it does not allow me and show error “You can not update this app status, as the request has already been processed.”

The email provided in review email, developersupport@zoom.us is not monitored email.

How do I send updated things for app to get approved?

Thank you for this. We are currently working to fix this right now. I’ll come back and share the ticket number as soon as I get that from my internal teammates.
