Application Review Notice:Developer pack purchase confirmation

Background:

  1. We want to use RTMS (Real-Time Messaging Service) to build a subtitle/caption feature to enhance our meeting experience.

  2. We have completed local testing with our developer account and are now ready to deploy to production. However, during the app submission/review process, we encountered the issue shown in the attached screenshot.

Challenges/Confusion:**

  1. When submitting our app to the Marketplace, we received a notification saying we need to purchase a package before the app can be approved for listing. I submitted a contact form, but have not received any response from sales (it’s been at least 10 business days).

  2. The Marketplace review notification does not clearly indicate where or how to purchase the required package.

  3. I found a subscription link at https://zoom.us/billing, but it doesn’t explicitly mention anything related to RTMS or the developer package requirements.

What I Need Help With (any of the following would be helpful):

  1. A direct link to purchase the “Developer Package”

  2. Step-by-step instructions on how to purchase the “Developer Package”

  3. Contact information for a sales representative who can assist with developer package purchases (preferably someone who speaks Chinese or is based in Hong Kong)
